- Research Activities/Interests:
I have almost ten years of experience working in industrial equipment manufacturing. During these years I have performed many tasks:
Designing parts, assemblies and equipment. Creating drawings for manufacturing. Structural and modal analysis using FEA. Writing manuals and procedures. Selection of commercial components (pneumatics, hydraulics and machine elements). Project planning. Mechanical fitting, commissioning, installation and start-up.
After working in the industry for several years I felt the need to look for a more exciting field to contribute to. I have a strong orientation to critical and scientific thinking and enjoy to understand processes and technologies. I’m interested in manufacturing, science, space exploration, generative design and topology optimization. I seek to work in a stimulating, rigorous and demanding environment.
