- Research Activities/Interest:
Higgs and heavy quark (top, bottom, charm) precision physics at LHC and at future lepton colliders.
R&D in Particle Flow detectors and high granularity calorimetry for future high energy lepton colliders and fixed target experiments..
Experiments for Quantum Electrodynamics (QED) in the strong-field regime where QED becomes non-perturbative.
- Participation in International Collaborations:
- Leader of the IFIC team for the LUXE experiment and member of the LUXE Collaboration Board
- Team Leader of the IFIC group of the DRD-6 Collaboration and member of the Collaboration Board.
- Leader of the IFIC team of the CALICE R&D Collaboration and member of the CALICE Institutional Board.
- Member of the International Linear Collider Collaboration (ILC), the CLIC Collaboration and the International Large Detector (ILD) collaborations.
- Ex member of the ATLAS collaboration.
- Responsabilities:
- Deputy coordinator of the DRD6-WP1 package (sandwich calorimeters) since September 2024
- Co-convener of the ILD Physics Group for Top/Heavy-flavour/QCD physics (since 2021)
- Co-convener of the IDT WG3 Topical Group for Top/Heavy-flavour/QCD physics (since 2021)
- Co-convener of the ECFA e+e- Higgs/Top/EW Factory Study – WG1 Activities (since 2021); subgroup «Precision in theory & experiment (WG1-PREC)»
